The cast of Ford vs Ferrari combines Academy award winning actors with fresh faces to create a dynamic cast perfectly suited for the movie. Actor Matt Damon leads the cast as the all-American automotive designer Carrol Shelby. Matt Damon’s western accent is executed flawlessly on screen throughout the film, while at the same time actor Chrisitan Bale, who plays British race car driver Ken Miles, executes a British accent flawlessly. Another cast highlight is actress Caitriona Balfe, who plays Mollie Miles, who is able to master the British accent and character despite being from Ireland. Bale’s performance combined with Balfe’s helps develop the screenplay and dialogue between the two, especially during emotionally driven scenes.
